The counter card reader was not working so they went to the effort of replacing it so I could continue with my order and not miss out on the offer I was getting. My food was hot and delicious. I will definitely be using this branch when I am in Birmingham.

Disappointingly their attempt at a vegan burger was at best unpleasant, and only just warm - why can't they serve something hot? The fries were at least hot and mildly salty. Sadly they have stopped the veggie wrap, which was at least edible. Only go here if desperate, as we were, but you will still leave with regret, poorer, and wondering if you had eaten real food at all. How did things get so bad?
